Cant't find Mobel Edprob

i just purchased Mobile Ed: BI100 Learn to Study the Bible, and I can't find it. The receipt said to sign out of Logos, then sign back in, and Mobile Ed would begin downloading. So I did, and nothing happened. Where would it show up? I would think it would be out in the open, at least the first time you use it. In anycase, I'm not real computer savvy, and would like some advice. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you log into Logos under the same account as you purchased the course, it should start downloading although sometimes it takes a bit of time for the license to sync across the machines. If it still hasn't downloaded type "update now" in the command box (top center) and see if that forces it to download ... again the command is not instantaneous - wait for it to tell you that it has initiated a download or found nothing to download.
