MOBILE ED NT251 MISSING ON MY IPAD

I have noticed that NT 251 was missing from the Mobile ED list from my IPad but was on the list from my PC what gives? Anyone has a same problem? I would appreciate any comment or help to resolve a minor problem. Thanks.
