We would like to add a Ten Commandment video this Sunday from vimeo, com
I used your format and it works, but is there any way to start the video automatically without having to hit the play button?
Thanks
Joe
This format will work launching from my browser but when trying to open in proclaim is gives me this message "This video can't be played with your current setup"
Here is what i tried to load in proclaim

Help!
Hello Joe,
I fear this is the same Flash player issue. As a workaround it looks like the Vimeo page lets you download the MP4 which you could then upload to Proclaim.
Hello again,
The video Ten Commandments video I wanted to show yesterday was a vimeo format
I tried to insert it into Proclaim but got error message saying my setup was wrong and it would not play?
Fortunately I found the same video on youtube and used this format and it worked great:

Why won't the vimeo videos work in Proclaim?
This is indeed the Flash issue. In order to get this video to play you need to install the Flash plugin as outlined here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/47118.aspx
This link is for an html5 version of the video, which works without the Flash plugin.
I have flash installed on my windows 7 machine and coppied you example and inserted as a web page in proclaim and when i try to open it it gives me goofy messages like boo hoo or bummer and does not play???
Below is what I pasted into proclaim web site address field:

What's up guys?
You have to be sure to install a specific version of Flash used by our embedded version of the Chromium browser. Looks like the installation steps have changed slightly from the forum post I linked to. I'll have our tester write up a new help article with a detailed explanation of the installation. He'll update this post when it's ready, should be today.
Joe,
Here is the article with the correct installation link for Flash: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205244105
I have the latest version of flas installed?
Your installation link will download the same version I have installed?
Ver 17 of flash player
I notice that the format for youtube has a section of the web address as "embed"
With vimeo website is the format you sent me correct?
With youtube the youtube format is:
What is the proper format for vimeo?
Should embed be included in the vimeo format?
No, it does not need to be included for vimeo videos; the format you were using was correct. I updated the help article here: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205244105
Go through the steps outlined in that article. If you still have issues playing youtube and vimeo videos after going through those steps, please let us know.
Thanks guys that worked but is there anyway to get vimeo to autoplay like youtube?
If so show me the format please!
Adding ?autoplay=1 to the end of the vimeo url should work.
It looks like this issue with Vimeo videos has resurfaced. I'm running Proclaim on Windows 10 64-bit with Flash Player 27 (NPAPI and PPAPI both installed) and Vimeo videos refuse to play. I was able to just download the video from Vimeo and add it to Proclaim, but it would be much easier to be able to play directly from the web. Thanks for your attention to this.
