BUG: Trouble downloading Noet books

Every Friday it's the same thing:

  • I 'buy' the Freebie. 
  • Hours later I still haven't gotten any download message on the Notification bar.
  • Update Now and Update Resources doesn't find anything.
  • If I'm lucky, it shows up late in the day, but sometimes I can't even get it on Saturday.

It only seems to affect Noet. I don't think I've seen it with Logos, Verbum or Vyrso books.

    In which app and on which platform do you experience this?

    Sorry for your trouble. Just to be clear, is the issue that the resource doesn't download right away or that you don't receive the coupon code right away?

    I ask because our old email setup was to send coupon codes out once a day. I think we're in the process of changing that so that it sends out more or less immediately.

    If that's not the issue, let me know and I'll look into it further.
