BUG: CO101 missing visual reference for See Also Reading...

In segment 43, in the See Also reading, the selection:
Elements for Cultivating Trust CGCTC:WDSWIMM

The link works, but there is no start and stop visual reference/markup/highlight.

    I checked the source files, and the link appears to be formatted correctly to generate the Start/Stop Reading bars. I'm not sure why they aren't appearing. It looks like the Stop Reading bar should appear just before the heading "Destructive Elements in Counseling". You can download the  notes file from the course Faithlife group: https://faithlife.com/co101/documents. It highlights all the specific readings in the resources.
