special software for typesetting a Greeek English interlinear
Need special software for creating a Greek-English interlinear book. Have everything in Word files now. Read to typeset. Need a program especially designed for formatting/typesetting this in the traditional format with a side column and the standard two line interlinear, and which will generate a .pdf for printing. Name of this kind of software and where to get it would help. Generic graphic design programs like InDesign will not work.

see IT at http://www.sil.org/linguistics/linguistics-software or Poio Interlinear Editor (Poio ILE at https://tla.mpi.nl/tools/tla-tools/elan/thirdparty/ or MS Word with table with cells sized to fit - two columns, ... not the easiest but doable. Beside SIL there may be tools listed with the Leipzig rules of interlinears which I assume you are following http://www.eva.mpg.de/lingua/resources/glossing-rules.php
If you need it now, it's too late to pressure Bob:
When we re-write our interlinear editor for Logos 4 (no date yet) my plan is to find a way to make it available to users, too. I hope we'll be able to make several specialized editors available. I know the audience is small, but for people who care the tools are awesome.
