OT301 Audio, No Video
When I play the videos for OT301 on my computer (Windows 7/L6 up to date), I have no video, but there is a screenshot when I first open the video and the audio plays normally. The video plays correctly on my phone.

To add, it works when it is fullscreen, but not in a pane.

Typically when we've seen this behavior it's been related to an out of date video driver. If you find that it's still an issue after updating your video driver I'd recommend contacting Customer Service to further troubleshoot the issue.

New laptop with Windows 11 installed. For me I had the popup blocker turned on so it would not allow the video portion to play, just audio. Once, I turned off the popup blocker, it worked as it should.
