ESV study bible notes

The logos app on my iPad isn't showing the ESV study bible notes in my library, but it works fine on my MacBook. It's the same on the faithlife study bible app. Help!

Some common tips:

Can you confirm that you have internet access?
Have you tried killing the app and opening it again?
Is your library filtered with any text? If so, make sure to delete the text else you may have filtered the resource out of view.
Have you ensured you are using the right username & password?
Have you tried the command "rebuild index" from the home page?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? NOTE: you will have to redownload resources and documents

If none of that works, please provide more info:

What device?
What version of which app(s)?
What version of iOS?
Did you recently purchase this resource, or have you owned it for a while? If the latter, have you ever been able to access this resource?

6. This is the one thing I haven't tried yet. I will let you know if that works.
