The logos app on my iPad isn't showing the ESV study bible notes in my library, but it works fine on my MacBook. It's the same on the faithlife study bible app. Help!

Uninstalling and reinstalling worked.

Yes. It doesn't do anything visible and you have to let it work a bit. The mobile app isn't the same beast as the desktop app... the command really just rebuilds the library. It isn't a command that most users ever need to use or know about.
...and to think...Mac people used to make fun of PC people for having to do simple restarts.
