EBNE Problems
I won't post any of the problems other users are posting about. I thought I would give it a fair shake. On the product page there is a paragraph that says, "Encyclopedia Britannica is the longest-running encyclopedia in history, and Logos delivers its trustworthy scholarship right in the Factbook and guides. Look up “denarius” in the Factbook and get instant access to relevant EBNE entries and media alongside other results culled from your library."
So, I did this. There is nothing in the factbook media from the EBNE. From the factbook Library Results I searched for All Resources the term "denarius" and nothing from the EBNE in the library results of the search. To be fair, we were told some more stuff would be coming in a couple weeks for the encyclopedia. But I agree with everyone else that this was misleading. I would have thought the scholarly works coming from NOET would cause this product to be, well, scholarly.

Given that quotation, and the reference to John Calvin later on, it sounds like that when the marketing copy was originally written, Faithlife were expecting a version of the proper Encyclopaedia Britannica, just like we were.
