There is a technical update that needs to be applied to make it function on mobile. That should come soon. Since it was ready to go on the desktop we decided to release it now for all the people who have been waiting for it rather than hold it until mobile is ready. Hope you enjoy the resource!
I do not know why it is delayed but it sounds like they are still working on the mobile part.
