BI101 Introducing Biblical Interpretation:Contexts and Resources by Michael Heiser,

Segment 9, Obstacle #8: Context - the video becomes silent and stalls at the 20 second mark, there are a few scratchy noises then the counter stops short of finishing at 1:58 of the total 2:04 video length.

Problem solved - I deleted the videos and reinstalled them - it's working.

Rob, I'm having the same issue and cannot seem to find the stored videos. Assuming they are stored in "...Logos/ Data/.../ResourceManager/Resources", what do Mobile Ed video files look like? Thanks!

I believe you will find them in Data/.../WebCache

Thank you! I presume when deleting these, we leave the CacheData.db & CacheData.db-journal files?

You can also more easily delete by clicking on the Resource Panel and choosing Delete Downloaded Media from the drop down. Then return there to choose Download All Media again. This should accomplish the same thing.
