Noet Blog - Dead or Hibernating?
The last Blog entry was on 12/29/15.
I, also, did not receive a response (even automated) to my Noet customer service email query.
Just checking.

The Freebie of the Month has not been updated for February yet...

Since it is the winter in Bellingham, I think it is hibernating. [:)]

It was just hibernating. We still have plans for the Noet blog. :-) New posts are coming soon, and it will be updated regularly. Thanks for checking!

As Tyler said, we'll get the blog going again soon.
However, for the foreseeable future, we're not going to offer a Noet Freebie of the Month. I'll keep you up to date if/when this changes.
Thanks!

I guess every good thing must come to an end. I was certainly one that really appreciated them when they were offered. Thanks for at least doing it for a season.

It sounds like the blog is still alive. Hopefully, this means I'll receive a response to my Noet customer service email, also.

Roger, could you resend the email to the general Faithlife customer service address?

That would be nice. [Y] I used to really look forward to Fridays.

I'm beginning to think that something out of the ordinary went on at Faithlife over the weekend and yesterday. It just appears to be very quiet.
EDIT: Not necessarily good or bad, just different and out of the ordinary.

An event neither good nor bad, in February, that could only be carnival then. No, wait, that's two weeks early... [:P]

On 1/23/16 I contacted Logos Customer service by phone with regard to searching a Noet fictional text as advertised in the catalog. I was particularly interested in the literary and historical allusion searches.
I posted the following in another forum thread on 1/24/16:
"I contacted Customer Service and appreciate the assistance provided, including use of the remote option. The allusions issue was referred to the developer team and I will be contacted by email.
It is now 2/2/16 - I have yet to be contacted other than the automated response from the customer service email resend requested by Ben A. 24 hours ago.
The blog may come back to life - But is the rest of Noet Dead or Hibernating?

Noet is not dead or hibernating. It is following the same development schedule as the Logos and Verbum desktop applications.

My guess here is that the customer service rep you spoke with passed it on to development and they took it as a potential feature for a future release of the software (as no such ability exists currently). As such, I'm guessing there wasn't a whole lot to report back other than to say they received your suggestion.

I would just try calling again. I'm not sure what's going on here.
