Up until about mid-April, there was. It is no longer available.
Now you'll have to use one of the work-around ways that involves exporting, converting, etc. A few of these are delineated in other forum posts.

If you have a Kindle Fire, there is an app (called "Bible") which is made by faithlife. A search for Logos in the app store should turn it up. Or open this link on your fire: https://www.logos.com/kindlefire
