Where is Socrates?
Does anyone have the text The Martyrdom of Socrates, edited by F.C. Doherty, in their library? I purchased the Bloomsbury Academic Culture and History Bundle when it came out, and so I should own all of the resources on this list, which includes the Socrates volume.
However, the same list on Logos.com doesn't show the Doherty title, and the book is nowhere to be found in my library (though I can find it on mylogoslibrary.com).
I'm assuming this is an oversight, and that the text should be included on logos.com and that I should have it in my library (all the other Bloomsbury titles are included in the bundle).

Have you tried The Apology of Socrates? I don't have a Doherty edition, but I have it in the Perseus texts by Xenophon. I also have the Apology in the Platonic dialogues (also Perseus).

I just looked up several Bloomstury bundles and didn't find the reference you seek.

Somewhere there is a disconnect between Noet and Logos even though Faithlife is the umbrella. I think that resource should be in our libraries myself, but I don't have it.

Did you look on the Noet website or the Logos website George? It's only on the Noet website as showing we should own it.

That's an education. I generally look on the Logos side since I had concluded they both had basically the same things (even including some specifically Catholic stuff). Apparently that isn't the case.

Thank you for your responses Matt and George.
Yes, I know that the Apology (and Crito, etc.) are available in Perseus and in Loeb: I use them quite often. I was looking for a commentary on the text, and realized that there is supposed to be one included in the Bloomsbury package (as shown on noet.com). But as Matt noted, the title isn't listed on logos.com.
Unfortunately my interactions with support via email haven't been very successful, no one has gotten past the "well, it's not on the Logos website, so that's why you don't have it."
You can find information on mylogoslibrary.com (which lists the title as included in the Bloomsbury package I own, but not in my library).

I suggest that you contact either Bob or Phil (Gons) so that it is known that you've been unable to get an answer.

My consternation grows.
mylogoslibrary.com shows me a number of resources that I don't have in my library that are listed on Noet in the package that I own (but not on logos.com).
Aristophanes: Ecclesiazusae: Apparatus
Aristophanes: Ecclesiazusae: Commentary
Aristophanes: Peace: Apparatus
Aristophanes: Peace: Commentary
Euripides: Iphigenia in Tauris
Euripides: Iphigenia in Tauris: Apparatus
Euripides: Iphigenia in Tauris: Greek
Plato: The Martyrdom of Socrates: Notes
Plato: The Martyrdom of Socrates: Text
Again, I'm pretty sure all of these texts should be found in my library.

Is customer service the same for both Noet and Logos or do they use different personnel? Perhaps it's possible that Logos personnel simply don't "know it" [;)] [:P] (pun intended).

If the whole package that contains them is greyed out, then this is an indication that you should have them in your library (the system recognizes you own a license to the bundle). Moreover, since you say they come up at Mark's page, the licenses are in your library (or were at the point in time you uploaded the file to the page). This is something that "update resources" normally should solve. It seems there really is an issue on Logos' technical side which the CS people are not deep enough into.

Well, not quite. The package shows up as greyed out on logos (meaning I should have all the resources), but on Mark's page, there are nevertheless resources that appear as "not owned": those I listed in my post above.
It gets a little more interesting: if you search for the "missing" resources on the logos.com main page, you can find them listed in the search results. But when you click on the link to go to the package that should contain them, they're no longer listed. Try searching for "Euripides: Helen" for example: it was once listed on logos.com as per the search results, but is no longer included on the main page for the package. It is, however, still listed on noet.com.
To me this suggests that the resources were once part of the package, but were quietly removed at some point. Someone must own them, however, because they're on Mark's website (they weren't uploaded by me, because I don't have them in my library).

Sorry for being unclear. I understand that there seems to be a difference between the Logos.com and the Noet.com listing of the same package - and I was referring to the Noet.com-listed bundle being greyed out (Noet doesn't seem to have the functionality to show unowned resources with an asterisk down below on a product page).

I see on the Noet page under features it states:
Key Features
- Includes 178 volumes (over 35,000 pages) of classic literature and scholarship
The main title says that it contains 173 volumes so presumably at some point 5 were removed and they didn't update the details on Noet although both sites state over 35,000 pages so either that's the same or they didn't bother to recount those.

Interesting, thank you Tom.
I dug up the email about the project when I placed my pre-pub order, and it says there should be 179 books, not 173 as per the current logos.com listing.
Your Pre-Pub Order from Logos.com

Thank you for placing a pre-order for Bristol Classics Culture and History Bundle (179 vols.).
We will notify you as soon as this product is ready to ship.

I'll look into this when I get into the office. I'm sorry I didn't see this yesterday, I try not to work on Sundays.

This problem should be fixed. If they aren't already back in your library, they will be soon.
The backstory:
A while after we shipped this collection, Bloomsbury lost the rights for a few books and we had to remove them from the collection. This should not have effected anyone that purchased the resources before the contract changed. However, there was an error in the process and the licenses were removed from all collections. These licenses have now been restored.
Regarding the discrepancy b/w logos.com and noet.com: As you saw, we changed the volume count in the title but didn't change the other details on the noet.com product page. The Logos.com page is the correct one and we will fix the noet.com page going forward.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have further questions or if you don't receive the books by the end of the day tomorrow.

Resources downloaded and installed this evening. Thanks Ben!

I appreciate you taking the time to figure this one out, thank you Ben.
I am, however, very disturbed by the idea that resources in my library were silently removed without trace or notification, even accidentally.
