Logos says that the media cannot be accessed.
It is supposed to be downloaded but I'm also online.
Any ideas?
I can only add that mine does work. It is not downloaded, so I am just streaming it online. I wonder if it has something to do with the downloaded version of the video that you have?
Actually, I should have asked, what are you trying to watch it on? I am on PC.

I'm on PC as well, have the videos downloaded so that I can use them when not at home, will try deleting them all and see if that works.
