Problems on android phone and Facebook

Hi, we have a church Facebook page and we are recording our sermons with proclaim and publishing with faithlife. We pasted the link to our Facebook page today.  We can watch and listen to the sermon fine on a PC, but it takes 5 or 6 repeated clicks with the Android phone for it to play, if it even plays at all. It's very frustrating.  Does anyone know a solution to this? Thank you! Tim
