First problem - the words with a preceding superscript * and the q.v. notation do not appear to be linked to the appropriate article in Cross, F. L., and Elizabeth A. Livingstone, eds. The Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church. Oxford; New York: Oxford University Press, 2005. Both notations refer you to an article within the work ... there are nearly a thousand of these.
Second problem - Yes, Damian identified this problem which is pervasive in the ODCC causing it to drop in and out of the parallel resources list. In all cases where the ODCC does not appear in the parallel resources list, it appears to have a unique headword compared to the resources which do appear as parallels. Can this get corrected without my going through and identifying each saint on which this occurs?
Other examples: Abbo, St.; Becket, St Thomas; Adam of St-Victor; Agabus, St.; Giles, St .... there appear to be several hundred such errors
