That is coming. It's unknown as to when. Do not expect it soon.

That corresponds to a Faithlife post that I remember, but cannot currently find, regarding the forums - there is a major update coming, but no date or timeline. However, major changes have happened at Faithlife since the post about the forums, so I'm not sure if that plan is still at the same priority as before.
A major revamp of their web presence (stores, forums, etc.) would be a substantial and expensive undertaking, especially if there is a lot of custom code involved. Even so, there is a marketing benefit for doing so, especially for the less-developed brands.
