Backup, Export or Download Song Database
Hello and good morning!
I haven't found anywhere to do this within Proclaim, but is there any way to EXPORT or Backup / download the song database or even as song files? We've done quite a lot of edits to our music and song library, and I need a backup done for a chord / music database software upgrade. If anyone from Proclaim support can help, it would be most appreciated!

Hi, Enmi, and welcome to the forums. We don't currently support exporting songs from My Songs. We're looking into improvements in multiple areas to support an easy exportation process and we'll take your feedback into consideration.

That's pretty unfortunate to hear.
Most software I've worked with, presenter-wise supports some sort of export feature (including ProPresenter and EasyWorship) so I thought there was some way to do the same here... even if it needed admin or support help.Is there a way to have a list of songs for our own group, so we can do this manually, then? I have a feeling I have a long month ahead, from the looks of things...

We are able to pull this data and send it to you. I'll follow up with you via email to get your song list. (Sorry I should have mentioned this previously).

I don't think that there is a direct way to do this.
What are you trying to accomplish? If we know this then perhaps we can recommend a workaround.

I would like to export all my songs from proclaim too. Can you help me please?
I want to end up with a text file with the song, lyrics and attribution (if possible).

We would also like to have all of our songs from the group exported to a text file for future reference. Its 2023 going 2024, can you help?

Same, Want to extract each song and arrangement to a text file, ideally chordpro or chordpro like but plain text with song title and attribution etc would be great or a structured text file like json would also work for me.
I can access the arrangements in Proclaim Music. Even if I needed to do it manually on a per song basis it would be easier than copying and pasting from multiple fields for each one.0
