Video issue - "Old Man versus New Man " In Mobile Ed NT331
I am facing problem in viewing a video lecture "Old Man versus New Man " In Mobile Ed NT331 Book Study - Romans. The video content gets stuck at 1:44 time but the audio continues on. Only when I click the video timeline again, the video resumes. It is happening every time. When the video is downloaded on PC and played offline, it gets played ok. I have also observed that the video quality is not upto the mark as with other videos and it flickers in between. MY PC is latest one with core i7, 16GB RAM and windows 10. Tried clearing web cache also but the problem persists. I am attaching an image where video gets stuck. Has anybody been facing this weird problem? Thanks for responding.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end. One thing I will suggest... When you delete your downloaded media from the video resource make sure you do not have the video you are having issues with open. If you do, then it won't delete the cached video for that segment which could mean you haven't cleared the problem video from your cache. Try going to the Overview section of the video resource and then delete downloaded media from there.

I have already tried that but the problem still persists. May suggest any other solution...[:(]

I am getting a similar problem with LT 271
I believe my computer is not as up to date as yours and I have tried to sort out its driver problems with some success however I do not believe this is a hardware problem as my other videos are fine in other applications eg you tube e.t.c.
My issue is a very slow stuttery feed and the video does not keep up with the audio
I have emailed and phoned tech support who have suggested downloading the media files which I have done to no success at any running performance
I run windows 10 64 bit with 4GB of ram and a dual core processor which is a bit slow but adequate and has been running fine recently .

I was able to resolve my video issue by following Miles advice a couple of times and also by clearing all cache memory in my PC which might have contributed to the problem. When the video was streamed online anew, the problem got sorted out. Thank you Miles![:)]
I was also facing the issue of the "video not keep up pace with the audio" in a few videos when I was using my old PC with lesser config - Core 2 duo, 4GB RAM, Win XP and with no dedicated graphics card. But I resolved it when I bought a new PC with separate dedicated graphics card. I think conventional PCs without graphics card are not able to run video over streaming that good. I hope it solves your issue.

Thankyou
That's helpful I will clear my cache and see if that does anything
I have a dedicated graphics card but its so old (ie nearly 10 years ) its not supported by windows 10 so I may need to upgrade
thanks again
