Missing Video LA211

I apologize for the trouble Jack, can you provide a screenshot of this? I want to see what it looks like on your end.

Not much to show—Just the transcript without a video. So far, all other videos display correctly.

Jack, it looks like this is only an issue in the Courses tool. The resource for LA211 has the thumbnail for the video and it plays correctly. I'll check on why it's not showing up for the Courses tool and see about getting it updated there.

Found another missing video in LA211—Segment 26. Opened LA211 in a floating window from the Library. The video appeared, but when I clicked on the play button, the video froze at the 11 second mark. Closed that window and tried again, but the video would not even start to run.
