Michael, we started creating Activities resources as a new feature for our courses last year. The courses you listed were produced before we started creating Activities resources. We are planning on updating our older courses to include these resources at some point, but we have not updated those courses yet. We went ahead and made sure all the old SKUs include the Activities resources so that when we do get them created for older courses they will appear automatically for everyone who owns those courses.
