Can't use personal book, can't print/export related notes file

I posted a related problem a few weeks ago about persistent crashes when using a personal book; I dropped the communication because I don't have hours to sink into troubleshooting--sorry.

But now the problem is growing. I have a notes file mostly of stuff from that personal book, and I'm trying to print it, export it, anything, whether from my desktop Logos (Logos crashes) or from the Web version at Logos.com ("This page is having a problem loading"). So I can't do anything with this notes file, although I was adding notes to the file yesterday.

So something is really messed up, somehow related to my personal book, and also with my notes file. (Same problem personal book from my last problem post)

All I want to do is export the existing notes file, but I can't.

What should I do?

So I can't print/export from the notes file, I can't access the notes file at the Logos site, but I can export to a sermon.

Well, I got (mostly) what I wanted.

Hey Phillip! Thanks for posting. We're sorry to hear about the trouble. I've gone over the logs you posted and while the crash log is helpful, we need to see it in context of the programs general operations. The main log we'd be looking for is the Logos.log file. Please post that and we can investigate a bit further.

Where do I locate "Logos.log"? I searched my entire HD, and no such file seems to exist. I located my Documents folder on "This PC" (Windows 10), zipped it, and posted that.

These are the directions I tried to follow

Step 2: Collect your Logs

Open your Documents folder.
Locate the "Logos Log Files" folder.
Right-click on the "Logos Log Files" folder and choose "Send to Compressed (zipped) folder".
- A "Logos Log Files.zip" should be created (".zip" may not be visible, but you can recognize it by the zipper on the folder icon).

The steps you posted are where to find your logs, but not how to generate them. You want to make sure you're following step 1 before advancing to step 2 as mentioned here
