"manually" mark as completed in Course tool under "started" category?

I have been a Logos user since almost the beginning, having received my first brown envelope some years ago. I say this, because I have collected many resources and collections over the years and am currently well over the Collectors (help/about says "Logos 7 Library", but that is another issue.)

The point is that some of my Mobile Ed courses have resources that I do not have, and I did not feel necessary to complete the course.  however, when I do go through the full course, it does not move to the "completed" category as the others do (that I happen to have all resources for the additional reading).

I see that there is a config for "Import reading Progress" and "Delete Plan", but not one that will allow me to mark as completed.  Is this a known issue?  is it being addressed? surely I am not the only one seeing/having this issue?
