Why was HB101 removed from the store?

HB101 used to be sold separately but the course is now only available in a bundle.

This has ramifications for pre-pub price guarantee, as the item we bought during pre-pub is no longer discounted (or sold).

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
