I have reproduced a bug that will crash proclaim every time. I had no problems before in older versions. I have tried to import various movie mp4 files as cues all resulting the same, crash! Help!
They're going to need your logs! Click Help from the top menu bar, then "Export Proclaim Logs". Save it anywhere you like, but attach the zip file created to this post using the paperclip icon at the top.
