ED121 Video Resources not downloading

I had this course marked as a hidden resource. A few days ago I removed it from the Hidden Resource list in Program Settings - I did this to the course plus the video resources. The course materials downloaded almost immediately but when I try to view the videos within Logos it comes up saying that the resource is no longer in my library?

I am able to watch through Faithlife TV so it's not a show stopper for the moment. I suspect it's something I need to take up directly with FL support but open to suggestions.
