Using the information tool with Chinese multi-character words - no definition shown

Using Logos-produced Bibles and a Personal book dictionary, the information panel will only show the definition for single character words, but not for words that consist of 2 or more characters. Is there a work-around or a fix expected?

has there been any more information uncovered about this issue? Any fixes? I'm considering moving from Standard Silver to Gold-Bronze English-Chinese bilingual base packages, and the fix or work around for this would be important for my decision.
