When will AR151 be unlocked in the Courses tool?

I have AR151 but cannot use it the course tool since it is 'unavailable'.

The courses tool is showing locked, the library is showing 'permanent'.

May I also add my voice to the requests that the courses tool be completed.

It seems like many fundamental tools are created and released as version 1.0 ... with bugs and UI flaws, but rarely do any see 2.0 or 3.0 status ... new tools or platforms are being sought before the base platform is developed. (Thinking citation tool, power lookup, guides, tag management, labels, searching, context menus (more like context 'marathons' ... too many options ... too slow), library (!) etc.) How many of these basic tools are fundamentally the same as when first released? </rant>

My rant worked !!!!

By the time I had finished ranting ... the courses tool had synced (why it did not do so yesterday is still a mystery).

My rant still stands though ... Add in the slow start up times, especially since it was announced that start up was now 'faster' ... quicker to a visible screen ... and 'preparing library' making the app sluggish and dysfunctional for the next five minutes. 

Add in the slow meta data syncing, the non-syning of some data such as reading progess (in a book app !!!)
