Looking for a highlighting arrow

I use the highlighting feature quite often. But I am looking for an arrow that can begin at a word, cross several lines of text, and point at a second word/phrase. Any thoughts or solutions?

I don't know if I understand. Can you provide a screen shot (mockup) of what you are looking for?

Me too.  I asked about it way back in 2009!  Highlighting Request: The old circle and arrow trick.

I even built a mockup.  

We still don't have it.

No worries! 

To post a screen shot, you use the paperclip icon in the formatting pallet. It must be the right kind of file format (I believe .png or .jpg... maybe others).

Sentence Diagram document can have arrows crossing several lines of text:

Concur highlighting lacks ability to draw arrows while highlighting words (or adding something):

Thanks for the information. My paper Bible is so marked up I can barely read some portions. I guess I wanted to do the same in Logos!
