Organizing My Library
I'm a Logos novice. I've messed around with it at a superficial level, but now I'm on the move and will be using Logos as my principle library. How to organize?
I have several thousand paper books. I love walking to a section of my library and pulling out the dozen or so books that speak into the topic I'm studying. Is there a way to organize my Logos library in a similar manner? Rather than do an ultra-precise search, often, I like to have more general resources as well, for context purposes.
How do some of you organize your Logos libraries? Is there a tagging feature? Is there a way to visually organize the library by themes? Like a physical library? For instance, all Greek-related resources together; all Hebrew-related resources together; all counseling resources together; eschatology, bibiliology, pneumatology, philosophy, church history, etc.,

Welcome to the Forums!
you can benefit from the tagging others have already done. Try filtering your library with these tags to get an idea of the potential usefulness...
tag:greek
or
tag:hebrew
tag:counseling
tag:eschatology
etc.
Of course you can use these in combination as well, and then create collections with them for quick searching

How would I create a collection with the resources that come up from the tag?

There's a video resource called "Organize Your Books" by Morris Proctor that helped me get where I want to be with my own organization. Morris is the official Logos trainer, and an excellent one at that. This resource is a segment from his Camp Logos seminar.
In a nutshell, I use tagging to create collections that I add to my personalized Passage Guide. In Morris' metaphor, my Passage Guide is now a toolbox, with drawers for each of my various sets of tools, and I have them stacked in the order in which I typically approach a passage. In your metaphor, my Passage Guide is now a set of doors opening to various sections of my Library (with the relevant books already pulled off the shelves and opened to the relevant pages!).
Another resource I used to test-drive and fine-tune my Passage Guide collections and "stacking" (and also how to fit various other Logos tools into my workflow) is the Logos course "LT 271, Study the Bible with Logos: Jonah 1." Although I don't use the exact same study methodology as the video, I still found it a helpful systematic way to think through my collections and my Passage Guide structure.
This may not be exactly what you're looking for, as it is not really designed to be a way to "see" my whole Library. But Morris' video will probably give you some ideas that you can implement to organize in a way that suits you.

In the video, Morris shows you exactly how this works. He calls them "automatic collections."

You can do this in Library, but you first need to create Collections. Collections are used to Search subsets of your Library:
The Collection "Christian Ethics" is created from a Rule subject:ethics and it is used in the Search for "theft". The results show it was found in 6 of the 10 resources in the Collection.
You can 'organize' your Library by that Collection:
You will note under Subjects that the word 'ethics' is a common value. Hence the rule subject:ethics. I can also use "My tags" values which I created (tagging feature) e.g. mytag:pentecostal.
But you can also organize Library by typing mytag:pentecostal in the Find box (ensure first that the Library collection is "All resources").
There is no hierarchical way to organanise Library, but see this wiki article for more information.

Logos wiki has => Collections
Caveat: having many collections (includes tags) can slow down application launch when collection cache is refreshed.
Personally working on complex collection rules => Canonical Commentary Collections (Minor Prophets are done) that includes changing commentary titles => Listing Commentaries by Bible that appear in Passage Guide (and other places).
Three commentary titles with "=" in them (second to fourth in list) are in one series. Thankful for Top 2 Commentaries web page => https://www.bestcommentaries.com/topcommentaries/ (so used ratings as a start for Top 2 Series, which has Top Three for several Books)
Logos wiki also has => Prioritizing Books that affects order of commentaries in Passage Guide Commentary sections. Thankful priorities can be changed as desired.

Your library can also be viewed in Title View or Cover View while filtering by tags, terms, authors, collections, whatever.
I have collections for books my wife likes and she prefers those views for visual browsing.

You can visualize your library this way[:)]
Which is created as a webpage via this free Logos utility (by ex-forum member Steve Clark). But it also provides useful reports on your Library.
