Mobile Ed course NT361 - Audio/video problem
I am having trouble in the audio/video of video segments 33, 34 and 35 of Mobile Ed course NT361. There is no audio of the videos and videos also gets stuck but the video timeline goes on.
I also tried deleting the cache and downloading all media option to resolve issue as per customer care advice. But the audio/video of the 3 videos is still getting stuck.
I further tried selecting "Delete downloaded media" from the drop down menu of the video resource from the Overview section (as suggested in forum) and then playing video segments 33, 34 and 35 again but the error persists. I am having latest config - core i7 with windows 10 and 2GB graphics Card.
I am confused as what more to do. Is anyone facing this issue or can suggest any solution? Thanks in advance.

I am having a similar issue with Segment 28 'Application of Hebrews 4:14–16.
The first 5 minutes or so is absent - if I start the video session it skips the first 5 minutes and commences playing from the timestamp at about 5:06.
