I've spent somewhere short of $3K on Logos software over the history of my account. Maybe that's not a huge amount in terms of what some others have spent, but let me clearly say--I DON'T KNOW OF ANOTHER SOFTWARE COMPANY THAT HAS GOTTEN MORE OF MY MONEY. Over the last few years I've witnessed Logos or Faithlife become increasingly concerned with the bottom line, wrangling as much as possible from their customers. They have also introduced a steady stream of new features and options that are little more than bloatware.
After attending Camp Logos last year, I switched to Logos Now to keep up with new features. I think I've only spent $100 on Logos Now, but I'm done. Your move to FL connect is an obvious greedy move.
IF you listen to your customers you will see you are on a slippery slope with your most dedicated patrons--a dangerous place to be.
