Inline search

What Feature set do you need for Logos 7 in order to get the inline search feature? I have full Logos 7, so I have access to it. However, my friend bought the starter feature set (not the free one, the basic one you have to purchase), but he doesn't have the option for inline search.
Any idea? Does he need to purchase the full feature set?

The feature works via the reverse interlinears. I believe that he can purchase the full feature set OR subscribe to Logos Now Faithlife Connect Essentials.

This sounds strange - as I believe Inline Search is included in the core engine. I've just tried it using the Basic version and it works fine.
What exactly do you mean by him not having the option for inline search?

I don't understand this - inline search works in all resources, not just reverse interlinear enabled ones.
What were you meaning here?

Thankful for Inline Search working in my Faithlife account with $ 0.00 order total (includes Basic packages):

All-
I don't know what to tell you. It could be that his system hand't finished downloading and indexing everything?
All I know is we both sat down, opened up Logos 7, opened the ESV, and I had inline search option whenever I right clicked on a word - and he had no such thing. Same thing for all of the Greek texts, etc.

Is it possible that he had the reference selected in the right-hand column? As you'll see in my screenshot, inline search is not available (understandably!) when the reference is selected rather than the headword, selection, lemma, root, etc...

If inline search is not appearing for a word, does purchase of Basic and sync with Faithlife cause Inline search to appear ?

Not for us - like I said, he's purchased Basic.

Reuben, you just need to scroll further down the left-hand-side part of the right-click menu to see the inline search (marked blue):
However, I must admit I can't remember invoking it from this position - my way of using it is turning the inline-search bar on and then typing the search (admittedly, the right-click menu will do this for you). @Ben: So I'm wondering in this thread if we will get an answer or even a screenshot to the following: Is the inline search button (pointed at in red) present? And if so, does it invoke the inline-search bar on the system in question?

Similar question: does "Show Inline Search" appear in Resource Menu ? (along with search magnifying glass)
If Inline Search is not appearing in Resource, one option is contacting Technical Support => https://www.logos.com/contact (with your permission, remote connection could be used for diagnosis)
