I am trying to get started with Mobile Ed.   Is there a set up procedure for Mobile Ed courses?
I own Mobile Ed: Bi181 Introducing Bible Translations [Order Number 13444792]
And the Course seems to have downloaded as Courseware media and the Textbook show in my library [as of July 4]
But when I try to view the Videos I get an error message:
[[We couldn’t access the media you’re trying to play. (…) please visit our support page]]
I am online and have no problem streaming from You Tube and many other sites.

Where do I start ?

No, there's nothing special to do. It should (normally) just work.

I tried streaming one of the BI181 videos (via the Faithlife TV app), and it started fine for me.

Perhaps a transient issue on the FL/server side, or other temporary internet/ISP issue?

If it still doesn't work for you, I'd recommend contacting contacting FL's technical support, to see if they can determine the reason.

Another workaround is to try downloading the course's Mobile Ed videos to your computer, to see if you can watch them locally.

Hope the issue is resolved soon for you!

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

    Hey David!

This particular error can mean a couple of things, and luckily the reasons for the trouble are usually easily located in Diagnostic logs. You can collect them following our guide here . Once you have them, please reply to this thread with them attached.

That is of course if you're still experiencing the trouble! If you are, do you possibly have any other media based resources in your Library outside of the BI:181 course? If so, could you see if they play and report your findings here? This will further help us isolate if it's trouble with the course, or possibly a malfunction in the system itself.
