NT331- Several Videos not working

There is a video that loads but does not run:  Reading Romans 5-8. It loads as if it is going to run, but never does. 

Please advise.

    I've just tried it and it runs on my system. I'm running on Windows, what platform do you have?

    What happens if you open the "NT331 Videos" resource, identify the video and try to run it from there?

    Thanks Graham for trying it. I am on a Mac. I have tried running it through Courses, through the textbook and directly through the video with no joy.

    The audio file works however.

    Sounds like a bad downloaded video file. Maybe someone can point you where those are located, you delete it and Logos will redownload a working copy of it from the server.

    Sounds like a bad downloaded video file. Maybe someone can point you where those are located, you delete it and Logos will redownload a working copy of it from the server.

    To clear out your downloaded video files open the video resource to the Overview section and select "Delete downloaded media" from the drop down menu. The next time you play a video it will begin a fresh download. Hopefully that fixes it for you.

    Thanks Mick and Miles.

    When I go to the Overview in the Video File I only get download all media. My webcache file is never large, so I do not think the video files are downloading, just playing.. I can run the video in the web app, so it is definitely something on my computer and how it is running the videos.

    That said, if I download all the media from the course, the video will run. If I delete the media, it will not run. It appears to be the only video in this course that does not.

    I can work around the issue unless there are recommendations in my computer setup and how it is caching the videos.
