Yeah this is a tad goofy... If you go to your prepubs (or orders) you can see all your orders across both Logos and FLEB but if you click on a FLEB resource in the Logos order page it'll give you an error and visa versa. I'm guessing it is setup like this so you can see all your orders in one spot though why the hyperlinks for the different systems don't work is beyond me. I'm sure FL knows about this but it must be too problematic to fix. In short, you just have to keep a mental note of where you placed what order or if you get an error to just try the other one. I mainly only use Logos and FLEB. Not sure how Noet or Lexham would factor into this either as they have different resources at times as well. E.g. Lexham had the option of separately preordering an Osborne commentary whereas Logos only had the option to buy the whole set and wait. Maybe this is fixed now but it did happen last month I believe.

Okay, something goofy did happen with the pre-pubs...it had to do with the way in which the product was made live on the site. Just this morning, the product creation team ran the list of all the pre-pub orders and processed those. So now everyone who ordered it in pre-pub should have their copy, of course the duplicates were removed. Keep me posted if there are still issues you have! Thanks again, and again!

I know this is now more than a month later, but I have noticed that most of the footnotes do not display properly upon mouseover. A few do. Hopefully this can be corrected. Specifically, I have been reading the chapter about the Jehovah's Witnesses.

I concur with your assessment and agree with your desire. I don't think, however, that FL guarantees these to be functional. If you didn't know, the notes are actually at the end of the chapter. While it is not ideal, at least you have access to them.
