When "Pick Any Course" Doesn't Mean "Pick Any Course"
As an early purchaser of Logos 8 I got a coupon from Logos to "Buy Any Mobile Ed Course for Just $50". Very generous I thought.
Yesterday I tried to redeem my coupon for TH222, which has just become available.
Customer Services tell me that "this only applies to courses that were able to be purchased at the time we created the code, at the Logos 8 launch" so I can't use the coupon for TH222.
Does anyone else share my disappointment with this? I don't think that I have been given clear information. Worse than that, I actually feel a little misled. I love FL and its products, but this seems beneath them. Or am I just being over-sensitive and ungrateful?

Hi Kevin,
Customer Services tell me that "this only applies to courses that were able to be purchased at the time we created the code, at the Logos 8 launch" so I can't use the coupon for TH222.
I believe that's incorrect. Ben Sanders mentioned that new courses will be eligible.
It might take a few days for FL to make a course eligible, but once that is done, you should be able to redeem your coupon for TH222.
Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Kevin,
I am really sorry that TH222 was not available when you went to purchase it using your special L8 customer $50 course coupon. I believe I have corrected that specific problem. It should be available to you by 1pm PST today.
Please Note: It is our plan to continue including recently shipped courses in this offer at least through the end of 2019. There may be some 3rd party courses which we will not be able to include in this offer due to distribution/discount restrictions.
I hope you enjoy the course!
Ben
