Help Requested: Courses not visible

Early this month I posted a report about glitch that is preventing Faithlife TV visibility of some of the Mobile Ed Courses I own, and some that I have access to via subscription. Although I am fairly confident that the issue is more of a Faithlife TV problem than a Mobile Ed problem, I am adding a post here in the Mobile Ed forum in hopes of getting a response regarding the possible cause and solution. Help, please!
