I have mentioned before. This whole Logos Connect thing is like some insider secret. I have been with Logos for maybe a decade. I hear it talked about but I know nothing about it, except you pay and fee and receive some benefits. I have even looked for it and couldn't find it.
It is described at https://connect.faithlife.com/
And it looks like the name has been changed to Faithlife Connect!

I went there. Yes, I have seen this before but nothing interests me here. No mention is made of getting updates as they come or Logos 9 either.
I had that once before. I don't remember why I apparently let my subscription lapse.

Not specifically, no, and I agree it could be clearer. Though I wouldn't expect anything explicit about Logos 9 is this is an onging subscription service.
The FAQ section at https://connect.faithlife.com/faq has:
Does Faithlife Connect include the full version of Logos Bible Software?
Yes. Faithlife Connect includes access to Logos Cloud, a subscription-based version of Logos Bible Software. Each level of Faithlife Connect includes a combination of Logos features and books included in Logos base packages. In other words, your Faithlife Connect subscription really does include access to Logos Bible Software, not a “light-weight” version.
And because it provides subscription-based access to Logos Software it does give automatic updates to new major versions.

I remember years ago a discussion about whether someone actually owns the software or if they only use it as past of the subscription.
I don't find this any clearer.
I find no discussion of any of this on my home page today.
I would think they would explain the whole thing. The link you sent me had a trial subscription to Connect, which I did, and now Logos 9 is downloading, but no word on what this all means.

With a Faithlife Connect subscription we don't own access to the software features but we can continue using them so long as we maintain the subscription.
If we cancel the subscription and don't purchase the features then we lose access to them.

I see a reference to Logos 9 on my homepage. Worth checking what Explore sections you have enabled

It could be because our Church has a Faithlife Website and we all receive Logos, Faithlife TV, courses and much more as part of the package.
