SoundFaith frustration

A couple of frustrations, actually, beginning with the fact that SoundFaith has no obvious forum or support. A search brought up a SoundFaith question in the Proclaim forum, so here I am.
This morning I recorded my sermon on my iPhone rather than Proclaim because of tech issues.
When I got home I loaded the sermon into Sound Studio, did a little trimming, and then saved it as an .mp3, which seems to be the typical SoundFaith format. The file size was comparable to my other sermons on SoundFaith, so the bit rate seems to be acceptable.
The sermon was the next in my current preaching series in Matthew, and SoundFaith happily gave me "Matthew" in a pull-down list in the Series field. I chose Matthew, and saved, then published.
Here's the aargh. SoundFaith did not put the new Matthew sermon in the existing Matthew series, but created a new series featuring today's sermon; the new series is also called "Matthew." All the information in the sermon details page matches what is in the other sermons.
I've emailed a help request to Logos, but I'm posting this question in the hope that perhaps someone might be able to enlighten me.

Hello One Hope Fellowship,
It looks like when you uploaded your sermon, you published it as your individual profile which happens to have the display name One Hope Fellowship. Your church group also has the same name "One Hope Fellowship" so although it appeared that your newly uploaded sermons were published to the same profile and the same series, there were in fact not published to the same profile. I corrected that for you so now you should see all of your sermons showing up under the same series. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Also feel free to call our direct support phone at 888-634-2038. We're open everyday including the Sundays and holidays from 6AM-6PM pacific time.
