When I try to use "Corresponding Selection" it does not always work. Sometimes it does, and then suddenly, for no reason, it will stop and I will need to restart Logos again to get it to work. Any ideas at solving this problem would be appreciated.
What are the resources (and references) in which you are having the problem? Are you on Mac or PC?
How long are you waiting before deciding it isn't working?
We need this basic information before we can look at what may be causing the problem.
What are the resources (and references) in which you are having the problem?
The specific resources are these: KJV 1900, Cambridge Paragraph Bible 1873, RSV Reverse Interlinear, NIV

PC
LONG
The problem is intermittent and unpredictable.
It happens regardless of whether I use the SBLGNT or Scrivener 1881 as my base Greek text. See how that in the image below Corresponding Selection is not working in the NIV or RSV.

In Logos, you can find out the source of the alignment text by viewing resource information. Look for the "Reverse Interlinear" section. Note that translations of the Hebrew OT are always aligned with the Lexham Hebrew Bible. This doesn't necessarily answer the question "which text did the translators use?" (sometimes difficult or impossible to answer) but will tell you where the text you see in Logos comes from.

Without the references which have caused the problem, I can't trace the issue but I would suspect that it is a matter of what is/is not included in the text used for alignment. I doubt that a restart is necessary to reset the alignment but ...
Just to note that this bug remains in force.
Earlier reply is this thread by a Faithlife employee => https://community.logos.com/forums/p/191396/1106169.aspx#1106169 included several questions. First one is answered by "this bug remains in force"
Dave and logosed, I am sorry that you have not received a FL response sooner. I am not able to duplicate the problems that you describe. Can either or both of you confirm that this is still a problem for you? Or can other users reading this confirm it is a problem for them? Is this still a problem for you if you restart Logos, and immediately try using this tool with only one English Bible and the SBLGNT? Does the problem only occur if you are using this tool with several resources simultaneously? If this is only happening sporadically, can you give some idea of how often it happens?

Using Verbum 8.15 on macOS 10.15.6 replicated Corresponding Selection bugginess using SBLGNT with two Bibles. Selecting a phrase in KJV has Corresponding Selection highlight appear in SBLGNT and ESV
Clicked word γυνὴ in SBLGNT that appears in Information Tool (configured to update on click) along with Corresponding Word highlighting of lemma/root in SBLGNT, ESV, and KJV.
Selecting a phrase in SBLGNT lacks Corresponding Selection highlight in ESV and KJV:
With five Bibles open and linked, clicked word κυρίου in 1 Corinthians 7:32 (appears in Information) followed by selecting phrase in SBLGNT
Corresponding Selection highlight appeared in NRSV and KJV while missing from LEB and ESV (buggy).
Selecting a phrase in ESV has Corresponding Selection highlight appear correctly:
Clicked in ESV to clear selection followed by selecting phrase in SBLGNT shows Corresponding Selection highlight correct in LEB and NRSV while lacking in ESV and KJV (buggy):
Keep Smiling [:)]
