As a United Methodist elder I think that this is an interesting suggestion, but it is one that is a bit unnecessary. The current workflow already includes places to consult systematic and biblical theology. The idea you put forward about a section for engaging "reason" in the future would be the most exciting feature, but that would typically be material you wouldn't find in Logos - such as ancient philosophy and scientific research.
Additionally, the quadrilateral is continuing to fall out of favor as a descriptive and teaching tool in Methodist circles. The reason being that the so-called Wesleyan quadrilateral is not an appeal to a particular Wesleyan theological method, but an illustration of Wesley's influences that Outler came to regret employing. John Wesley never used the illustration himself and he (along with Outler) would be unhappy if he knew it was being used in some of the ways it has been.
I view the Outlerian Quadrilateral as a descriptive not a prescriptive tool.
