Hello, Pastor Larry and Kristie --Our most efficient path to troubleshooting this is two steps:1) Confirm that your login credentials are working at songselect.ccli.com.2) If those work as expected, Remove the link you had established within Proclaim. Then re-link your Song Select account as shown here:https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007128252-How-Do-I-Link-My-SongSelect-Account-Please let us know if that does not resolve your problem to connect with CCLI!
