How Can I Find Word Frequency Data Information for Hebrew Bible Resources?

I am wondering how to find the information for the datasets behind word searches and word lists in various Hebrew Bible resources. For example, if I make word lists under the same parameters from 1) BHS: SESB 2.0, 2) LHB, and 3) BHS/WIVU, the word count results are slightly different across the three resources (especially in how pronominal suffixes are counted). Is there any way to see the underlying datasets for each resource?

I'm doing research where having a word frequency list for the whole Hebrew Bible would be very helpful. Basically, a spreadsheet version of the frequency info from Abraham Even Shoshan's New Concordance is what I'm after. Although I can export the information I need from Logos to excel very easily, I would like to know the bibliographic information behind the datasets in these Logos resources in order to be academically rigorous. Any help would be much appreciated!

Concordance Tool can show frequency of Word, Lemma, Root, ... in Lexham Hebrew Bible (plus can be filtered)

Concordance can Export to Excel or CSV 

Resource suggestion => Lexham Analytical Lexicon of the Hebrew Bible has an Appendix: Lemma Frequency in the Hebrew Bible

Concordance for BHS resources can show frequency of Word, Lemma, ... (does not have Root tagging)
