Video not working
I just bought a new windows laptop and the videos in my mobile education courses are not working. I can hear the audio but there is no video at all.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't gotten this fixed yet in your program settings set hardware acceleration to YES. If it's already set to YES and you still have the issue set it to NO.

Changing the setting to YES enables the videos to work, but now my home screen is blank. If I switch it back to NO the videos don't work but the home screen is normal again.

My home page isn't always blank, but I can't really scroll down. It is like it is frozen.
