No video on mobile education courses. Audio only
I have an 11th gen. intel processor and have searched forums but can't seem to determine if there is a fix for this. I have checked the scaling, turned on the hardware accelerator, checked for video driver and media player updates, all no help. The videos work fine on my surface pro 2. I have also previously performed the 11th gen video fix for the homepage and factbook issue. Is there a fix for this mobile ed. video problem or is it up to intel?

MJ looks for posts that have not been responded to, and then 'bumps' them back to the top of the forum list, so hopefully someone new will see it.
The number is an increment for each post she finds to bump for that day, possibly to avert a spam filter.

Go to program setting and set Hardware Acceleration to Yes, if it's set to Yes, then set it to no. One of these options will work for you most likely.
