After sending my sermon slides to Proclaim, it crashes the program upon loading those slides. The presentation works fine in Windows 10.
Any ideas?
Sorry about that Zach. We were just made aware of this recently and are looking into it more.
Could you give me the name of your presentation? Perhaps I could correlate something between yours and the previous issues.
After my windows 10 was upgraded into Windows 11, then the proclaim started to crash when launching, Any help?
If you hold control while launching Proclaim it should open to a blank layout. We have discovered an incompatibility between some system fonts on Windows 11 and Proclaim. However, it only happens when Proclaim attempts to fallback to system fonts. We fallback when looking for fonts to render non-English text. Could you have any other language like that?
I had this problem for a few weeks, But the Nov 2021 Cumulative Update from Microsoft that released on Nov. 11 fixed my crashes!! It worked fine for my Nov. 14 sermon.
I have the same issue. Hoping for a fix soon.
I've updated to the latest cumulative update (November) however, still crashes on my end. Any idea when this would be fixed?
