No specific Logos package is needed to run Mobile Ed Courses.

you can open them via the courses tool, via the library menu, or in Faithlife TV, on the web app or even in the mobile app

    Hi Christian:

When Mobile Ed first started out, I think the intention was that Standard Platinum would provide adequate resources and features for the average course.

macOS (Logos Pro - Beta) | Android 13 (Logos Stable)

As others have noted you do not need any specific Logos package to use a Mobile Ed course. You'll be able to watch the videos, read through the transcripts, and take the quizzes for a course even if it is the only Logos product you own (quizzes only work on the desktop app). You won't be able to make use of the additional features like the Activities and reading links unless you own other Logos resources or feature sets. When we create the Activities resources we use the features included in Platinum as a guide, but many of the tools we use are also available in lower base packages.
